Returns & Refunds
A full refund will only be given if an item is faulty/damaged. Faulty/damaged items must be made aware to Secret Blossom within 3 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will not be given for changing your mind. You may cancel your subscription at any time providing you give 7 days notice.
Secret Blossom always endeavors to deliver undamaged goods to your nominated address.
Postage & Delivery T&C’s By purchasing these & paying for delivery you acknowledge that the courier is a third party delivery service. We do not control timeframes or how they control their services. We are not responsible for & will not pay for any loss, damages, costs or expenses related to a third party couriers delivery service included (but not limited to) any damages caused to the goods once the goods are loaded by the courier at our premises or during transport & delivery.
There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or items damaged during shipping.
Any claims made for damaged items must be made to SECRET BLOSSOM within 3 days. No claims for damages will be considered if made after 3 days.
